Return Request:
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, you must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
How to Raise a Request:
Visit our Returns & Exchange page to initiate a return. Please have the following details ready to ensure a smooth process:
-Your order ID and delivery address Pin Code.
-Photos/Videos of the items in their original condition.
Please note that products that have been used or tampered with will not be eligible for a return.
Return Process:
If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending back your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Reverse Pick-Up:
If your return request is approved, we offer free reverse pick-up for:
-Defective or damaged products
-Incorrect items received
For other return reasons, a reverse pick-up fee of Rs. 50/- will apply.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Kindly include a photo or video of the issue so that we can address it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
If you have any questions about the eligibility of your item, please reach out to us. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The quickest way to get a replacement is to return your current item, and upon approval, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund has been approved. Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days through the original payment method.
For Cash-On-Delivery orders, once your return is approved, our team will contact you for your bank account or UPI details, and the refund will be processed within 15 to 18 business days.
