How can I track my order online?

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Do you accept bulk orders?

What should I do if my tracking link shows 'delivered' but I haven't received the package?

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please email us at happikostore@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery time noted in the tracking link.
Note: We are unable to investigate with the courier if notified after 48 hours.

How can I cancel my order?

When will I receive a refund for a canceled order?
